Plastic Surgery Turkey is an information and enquiry-routing platform. It does not provide healthcare, examine patients or decide whether a procedure is suitable. Medical, financial and travel decisions belong to the independent provider that assesses your case.
Details you may choose to send
When you use the form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, country, language, package of interest, free-text message and uploaded files. Some messages or images may reveal health information. Please include another person’s details only if you have permission to do so.
How the information is used
