Flights to and from Istanbul are extra unless a contract says otherwise. Extra nights you add yourself, a companion’s room, travel insurance, PRP, sedation billed separately, beard or eyebrow work in the same sitting, and a second session sit outside this figure unless they are named on the paper. Session, anaesthetic and nights in Istanbul
