In September 2026, BBL All-Inclusive Package costs 4,200 – 4,700 EUR in Turkey for the BBL scope shown on this page. The written plan should confirm the donor and treatment areas, fat-transfer plan, hospital and anaesthetic arrangements, first checks, medication, any included garment, planned hotel nights, private transfers and English-speaking coordination. The amount of fat transferred, additional liposuction or other procedures should only be accepted when the written offer confirms them.

At the beginning of each month, we collect current prices for BBL All-Inclusive Package from partner hospitals and clinics. We review comparable written quotes and publish the lowest and highest figures on this page. This gives you an objective, market-based price guide for BBL All-Inclusive Package, so you can understand the current range before discussing your individual needs and receiving a personalised quotation.

At Plastic Surgery Turkey, Best BBL package Turkey starts with an individual review of anatomy, health history, previous procedures and the reason for seeking treatment. The assessment links available donor fat, body proportions and safety-focused transfer planning; it does not begin with a fixed volume request. Photographs and a remote discussion can be useful for planning, but an in-person examination decides whether the proposed approach is appropriate.

The surgical team should explain the planned extent of treatment, the relevant limits and any findings that could alter timing or technique. A package is a framework for care, not a promise that every person needs the same operation.

Before travel, ask for a written sequence covering assessment, tests where indicated, the procedure, discharge and the first review. Medical information, regular medicines, nicotine use and prior scars should be shared early so the plan is based on complete information.

Where hotel nights or transfers are offered, they support the itinerary but do not replace clinical judgement. Keep enough time around appointments for the team to adapt the plan if examination changes what is safest or most suitable.

Sitting, sleeping positions and return to normal activity must follow the transfer team’s instructions because they depend on the individual procedure and review. Individual instructions about garments, wound care, mobility, work, exercise and flying take precedence over a general timetable. New, worsening or worrying symptoms require prompt medical advice rather than online reassurance.

Request an itemised written quote that distinguishes the procedure, anaesthesia where applicable, hospital care, tests, medication, garments, accommodation, transfers, follow-up and optional additions. Anything important to your decision should be named in writing, including what happens if clinical assessment changes the scope.

These questions help you ask a hospital or clinic for a clear written treatment plan. They do not promise a particular method, device, follow-up arrangement or payment responsibility. Plastic Surgery Turkey is an independent information, marketing and enquiry platform, not a healthcare provider or medical-tourism intermediary. With your consent, an enquiry may be shared with an authorised healthcare partner.

For a BBL, where will fat be placed and how is the cannula tip monitored?

Ask for the injection plane and the monitoring method to be written down. The joint ASPS and related-society safety statement supports placing fat only in the subcutaneous layer above the gluteal fascia and using real-time ultrasound to identify the cannula tip while fat is injected. Having ultrasound equipment at a facility does not itself establish that it will be used throughout an injection. Fat placement into or beneath muscle has been associated with fatal fat embolism. Why is this combination proposed in one operation, and what would make staging safer?

Liposuction, fat grafting and abdominoplasty can lengthen an anaesthetic and increase fluid, blood-loss and clot considerations. Extensive fat removal near an abdominoplasty flap can also affect its blood supply. Ask the treating team to explain why the proposed combination is suitable in your case, what is being limited, and which component would be deferred if assessment changes the safety balance. A promise to complete every requested change in one sitting is not a substitute for that decision. Sources: ASPS liposuction safety, NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad.

How will the plan address clot risk separately from fat embolism risk?

Deep-vein thrombosis and cardiopulmonary complications are among the risks discussed in ASPS liposuction safety information, while the BBL safety statement treats fat embolism as a separate concern. Anticoagulant medication does not replace the injection-plane and ultrasound precautions intended to reduce fat-embolism risk. The plan should record an individual clot-risk assessment, early mobilisation, compression measures and any medication only when the surgeon considers it appropriate. Painful calf swelling with chest pain or shortness of breath needs emergency assessment, and travel can add to clot risk. What emergency route applies during the first days after a BBL?

Before travelling, ask for the 24-hour contact route, the hospital or emergency department to use, and the clinician responsible for urgent decisions. The joint safety statement says the operating surgeon should personally manage complications or be directly involved, including for travelling patients. Fainting, breathlessness, chest pain, rapidly increasing one-sided swelling or a painful swollen calf are emergency symptoms. A message-only route during office hours is not an adequate first-day emergency plan. Source: ASPS joint safety statement on gluteal fat grafting.

If a complication arises after I am home, which follow-up and travel costs are agreed in writing?

The NHS advises people considering cosmetic surgery abroad to establish where reviews occur, what extra treatment and a return journey could cost, and what insurance applies. Travel insurance commonly excludes complications of planned surgery. A written answer should distinguish those possible costs rather than implying that they are included. This page does not say that a partner will meet them. Source: NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad.
