What sits outside the quote

Flights to and from Istanbul are extra unless a contract says otherwise. Extra nights you add yourself, a companion’s room, travel insurance, a deep-plane conversion, a dedicated neck lift, fat grafting, a brow lift, and a later revision sit outside this figure unless they are written on the paper.
